Vaidy
P. Vaidyanathan ("Vaidy"), President/CEO

With over 20+ years of experience in the field of IT Consulting and Offshore Development Services, Vaidyanathan comes with a rich background in Technology and Management working across business verticals in different continents, North America, Europe and Asia. Over the years Vaidyanathan has successfully delivered large scale enterprise systems and mission critical applications across the industries, across technology platforms.

His experience includes working at Bear Stearns, Inc. New York, USA (now part of JP Morgan Chase), as an Associate Director, and was part of the management team instrumental in setting up Software Development Center in Dublin, Ireland. Vaidyanathan was responsible for establishing and mentoring a strong technical team that worked closely with the corporate offices in New York and London. The team was instrumental in developing and delivering critical financial applications to the New York and London offices.

His formative years include working with various MNCs in US like IBM, Barclays Bank, Natwest Bank, AT&T, Allied Van Lines and Texas instruments. He was part of the AT&T Consumer Communications Services Team, New Jersey that received the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 1994 and has twice been the recipient of the "Applause Award" at AT&T CCS group.

As an active entrepreneur, he has set up Thapovan Info Systems, Inc and established the offshore development center, Thapovan Info Systems, Pvt Ltd at Chennai, India. Over the years through these initiatives he has helped start ups achieve their business objective, delivering high quality cost effective scalable solutions. His entrepreneurial achievements include starting up Telliant Systems and establishing its offshore development center in India.

A commerce graduate with MBA has more than 25 years of experience in handling investment and capital market operations.

Gopal had previously headed the investment banking operations of leading bank in this region, for more than a decade covering securities brokerage, portfolio & fund management, public issue management, wealth management, fund custody & administration, etc. He has an excellent rapport with Pension Funds, Banks, Corporate, Capital Markets, Security Markets, Depositories, Global custodians and investment managers in this region. In his previous assignment, he established and led the Fund Custody & Administration functions and administered assets >USD 1 billion.

He worked for National Bank of Oman for more than a decade. Earlier to that he was employed by Amwal Investments, Doha Bank, Bank Dhofar, Gulf Investment Services, Zubair corp. and Suhail Bahwan group, in Oman and Qatar.
